The Problem
The anime clothing brand’s previous website struggled with key functionality issues that impacted user experience and business operations. The site lacked responsiveness and a content management system (CMS), making updates and mobile usability difficult.
Key Issues
Lack of Responsiveness – The website was not optimized for different screen sizes, leading to a poor experience on mobile devices.
No CMS for Product Management – The client had to manually update the website’s content, making inventory and product updates tedious.
Outdated Design – The overall layout and visuals felt cluttered and did not align with modern e-commerce design trends.
Impact on User Experience
Without a responsive design, mobile users struggled to navigate the site, leading to high bounce rates. Additionally, the lack of a CMS made it difficult for the brand to scale its product offerings efficiently.

Analysis
To create an effective redesign, I conducted research to understand the target audience, improve usability, and integrate better e-commerce functionality.
