The Problem
The previous site was a minimal black and white website that outlines the services of the agency very well but fails to reflect important key elements of the business, included but not limited to clarity, authority and years of experience Adam Lambert has in the industry.
We want the most important elements like the hero section to clearly communicate what Narrative Supply specialises in an aesthetically pleasing, well designed manner not only to establish the new branding of the business but also connect with their ideal audience, which are well driven tech executives.
Key Issues
Uninspiring and Scattered Design – The website lacked a cohesive color scheme and structure, making navigation confusing.
Low-Quality Visuals – Poorly optimized images failed to create a strong and appealing user experience.
Weak Brand Recognition – The website did not align well with modern digital expectations, making the brand difficult to remember & recognize.
Establishing a Specialist - It's important to brand yourself as a specialist to give people a reason to purchase your services.
Barriers to Engagement
The website's outdated design and lack of personalization led to low user engagement which is something that you do not want to see in a website that should maintain engagement & keep the users interested in reading further.

The Analysis
Understanding the core issues with the "Get The Jump" website required extensive research into user experience, government design systems, and engagement strategies for young audiences.
Research Findings
The website's outdated design and lack of personalization led to low user engagement which is something that you do not want to see in a website that should maintain engagement & keep the users interested in reading further.
Branding Difficulties
The previous website lacked a strong foundation of the brand for the site to work off. Providing the business with a simple branding package, we are now able to make sure that the new branding resonates with the website whilst still incorporating storytelling elements within the site to better reach our target audience.

The Solution
The solution to all of this was to make sure that we are establishing the new business with a bold and authoritative digital presence, accompanying it with a brand and story that fits and resonates with the ideal clientele.
Design & Accessibility Improvements
Modernized Layout – A structured, visually appealing design with a consistent color scheme for improved readability.
Storytelling Elements – Taking the user on a journey through animations and scroll triggers
Stronger Messaging – Clearly highlight the advantages and the messaging of the business through appropriate coloring & structural layouts.
Impact
With a polished, aesthetically pleasing designed website, Narrative Supply now appears as a well-established & experienced business which strengthens the business’s credibility, showcase services in a proper manner with clarity and embodies the authoritative and experienced figure that he is in the industry.
This ultimately drived stronger leads, built trust faster and confirmed long-term growth for the business.
